Our Services
Residential Hvac Cleaning (ONLY $60.00 per unit)
We Clean:
Condenser Unit
Evaporator Unit
Air Filter (if it's a reusable fliter)
Drain pan
Drain line blowout if necessary
We Check:
Wiring- Making sure there are no rubbing wires, Damaged wires etc.
Copper Tubing- Making sure there are no kinks or breaks.
Coil condition- Making sure fins are in good condition. No degrading or serious damage.
Condensate pump- Making sure it's clean and operational.
Outside Fan- Making sure blades are not damaged or bent and is operational.
Blower- Making sure it's balanced and runs well.
Commercial Hvac Cleaning
